smart Malaysia has introduced a customer loyalty programme that is powered by the Geno W3-D2C blockchain system. With this, customers are able to earn points through everyday activities, which can then be used to redeem a range of rewards. This coincides with the company’s first anniversary celebration which will culminate in the smartAway event planned for December.
The earnable points (with no expiry date) are divided into three different task categories, including social-to-earn, purchase-to-earn as well as referral-to-earn. The number of points you earn with each task is listed below:
Users can redeem exclusive merchandise available via the Hello smart app and EV charging sessions using the points they earn. According to the company, the latter offers significant value, providing electric vehicle (EV) owners with cost-effective ways to charge their vehicles.
“At smart Malaysia, we believe that customer loyalty goes beyond traditional rewards programs. Our new loyalty initiative is designed to create meaningful connections with our customers and recognize their engagement with the brand. We are excited to set a new standard in automotive loyalty, where every interaction is valued and rewarded,” said Zhang Qiang, CEO of Pro-Net.
